  1. Well… a "sissy" is more of an insult of an afraid person or coward. A sensitive person doesn’t necessarily have no courage, they often care or are more sensitive towards people. Only some actions people do can really define them. Such as someone who’s sensitive might be afraid for their friend to do something bad (such as steal) because they might get in trouble, that’s a good trait to look out for someone. I personally think the word sissy is just immature to call someone. To answer your question a sissy is more afraid of doing physical actions that they don’t want to (ex. hurting someone physically who is smaller then them but their afraid of getting in trouble or hurting someone) and a sensitive person is more cautious of mental actions (ex. breaking up with someone over an email instead of in real life). Sissy’s have no courage and sensitive people just have a big heart (meaning more emotional or sensitive to their own/or ones feelings).

  2. A sissy is a cowardly person while a sensitive person is someone who is susceptible to feeling more emotional towards things.

  3. sensitive ie. Emotional crying easy or caring more then others normal.
sissy- having to courage or wimpy wont fight someone or tells on people like a baby..
